It is understandable that sometimes circumstances are unavoidable and out of our control, but I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure any future appointments if you fail to provide sufficient notice. 

A 50% fee will be charged if you fail to attend your appointment without any notice. 

If you wish to cancel part of your appointment, for example if you do not require a cut, please treat this the same as my cancellation policy and let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment - not on arrival. 

Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, I may not be able to complete your entire appointment within the remaining time and may need to reschedule. If you arrive too late and I cannot accommodate the appointment, I reserve the right to apply the 50% cancellation fee.
